Iguanura elegans (5 seedlings) Description: This rare species is native only to the limestone regions of southern Sarawak, where it grows on the deeply shaded forest floor. The leaves are paddle-shaped and usually without segmentations. Old plants develop a trunk which is rarely over a meter in height.
Cultivation recommendations:
A tropical lowland plant requiring high humidity, protection from wind, and a minimum temperature of 20 C for good growth. Prefers rich but well-drained soil.
