• Each seedling pack normally contains 5 seedlings but in some cases where the seed is very large, it will be less.

• Permit requirements vary depending upon the country of import.  Importer to check with your local Agriculture Department for the exact permits necessary. For mini packs, we regularly ship without Phytosanitary certificate.
• Export Permit (Export License and Phytosanitary). A separate fee will apply to each export permit.
• Allow 3 to 4 weeks for Export Permit processing
• Refund Policy - Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

New Policy – Effective 10th September 2013

• Effective 10th September 2013, PayPal revised International cross-border transaction fee to 4.4% + Fixed Fee ($0.30 USD) per transaction.
• Credit card (Visa and MasterCard) charged International cross-border transaction fee is 3.9% per transaction.
• Effective 1st May 2013, Pos Malaysia revised the international mail and parcel tariffs, together with the destinations rezoning.
• According to Pos Malaysia latest International Tariff, our palm seedlings are consider International Small Packet (Air) Postage.
• International Small Packet (Air) Postage is 10 times more expensive than International Air Mail items (Letters, documents).
• In line with this, we have revised price and include an upgrade to International Registered Small Packet up to 250gram. If packet exceed 250gram, there will be additional cost. To be email notify customer. The maximum weight for the small packet is two (2) kilograms.
• If the packet containing bulky, long and heavy palm seedlings/plants to be upgrade to International Air Parcel. To be email notify customer Air Parcel rate.
• International Small Packet (Air) Postage estimate delivery 5 to 10 working days.
• After shipment, we will email customer International Registered Small Packet tracking reference no.
• Palm seedlings/plants are sensitive and fragile item for shipment.  We recommend customer upgrade to Express Mailing Service (EMS). Welcome email enquiry.
